Terms And Conditions
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include VAT but
exclude delivery and/or installation charges.
Delivery charge of £30.00 will be applied
to all orders. We deliver to UK Mainland addresses only.
The delivery time for out of stock Furniture is 2-
Payment
is due when you place an order, through PayPal, or by sending a cheque to our address.
Products will be delivered once the cheque has cleared. If you wish to pay by cash
please contact us beforehand.
Title of the product will pass to you once you have
received the goods and we have received full and cleared payment.
Prices, offers
and products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable we will
offer an alternative or full refund.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy
of the information contained within this site, occasionally an error could occur.
If an error is discovered in the price or description of an item you have ordered,
you will be contacted immediately and given the choice of weather to continue or
cancel your order.
You will be contacted by telephone or email to confirm your delivery
date, once a delivery date has been agreed you must be present on this date to take
delivery
If for any reason you become unavailable to take delivery please contact
us as soon as possible, in any case no later than 24 hours in advance, otherwise
we reserve the right to levy a second delivery charge to cover the cost of the failed
delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will pass
through all access points in your home. Once delivery has been made to your door
you will be responsible for them. You must inspect your goods and inform us immediately
if there are any shortages or damages.
We will endeavour to meet any date agreed
for delivery, however we will not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages,
charges or expenses caused by any delay beyond our control.
