Returns Policy.
If, for any reason you are unhappy with you purchases you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. The 7 days start from the day you receive the goods.
We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, but not any delivery charges. Please note that you will have to pay an uplift charge commensurate with your original delivery charge for uplifted stock.
You may also, if you wish, organize your own returns of goods via courier or in person, please contact us if you wish to do so.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of certain items which have been opened and used which includes mattresses.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
